Religion in Human Life

The fact of religion consists wholly in the religious experience of rational and average human beings.

And this is the only sense in which religion can ever be regarded as scientific or even psychological.

The proof that revelation is revelation is this same fact of human experience: the fact that revelation does synthesize the apparently divergent sciences of nature and the theology of religion into a consistent and logical universe philosophy, a co-ordinated and unbroken explanation of both science and religion, thus creating a harmony of mind and satisfaction of spirit which answers in human experience those questionings of the mortal mind which craves to know how the Infinite works out his will and plans in matter, with minds, and on spirit.

The Law of Creation is Love

The law of creation is that you love your creations as yourself, because they are part of you.

This is the law of Authorship .. by which you co-create your destiny.

The Universal Laws are the Creator's way of protecting you .. preserving you .. nurturing you .. elevating and ascending you into maturity.

His Laws are a loving embrace of guidance and protection .. which awakens the avenues of advancement; for the very next stage of development is your establishing actuality of cosmic citizenship .. ascendant fusion with the will of Eternity .. thine Adjuster union.

You can consciously augment Adjuster harmony by:

1. Choosing to respond to divine leading; sincerely basing the human life on the highest consciousness of truth, beauty, and goodness, and then co-ordinating these qualities of divinity through wisdom, worship, faith, and love.

2. Loving God and desiring to be like him—genuine recognition of the divine fatherhood and loving worship of the heavenly Parent.

3. Loving man and sincerely desiring to serve him—wholehearted recognition of the brotherhood of man coupled with an intelligent and wise affection for each of your fellow mortals.

4. Joyful acceptance of cosmic citizenship—honest recognition of your progressive obligations to the Supreme Being, awareness of the interdependence of evolutionary man and evolving Deity.

This is the birth of cosmic morality and the dawning realization of universal duty.

The Universal Father Functions

As a physical controller in the material universe of universes, the First Source and Center functions in the patterns of the eternal Isle of Paradise, and through this absolute gravity center the eternal God exercises cosmic overcontrol of the physical level equally in the central universe and throughout the universe of universes. 

As mind, God functions in the Deity of the Infinite Spirit; as spirit, God is manifest in the person of the Eternal Son and in the persons of the divine children of the Eternal Son. 

This interrelation of the First Source and Center with the co-ordinate Persons and Absolutes of Paradise does not in the least preclude the direct personal action of the Universal Father throughout all creation and on all levels thereof. 

Through the presence of his fragmentized spirit the Creator Father maintains immediate contact with his creature children and his created universes.

Bienaventurados los que tienen hambre de encontrar a Dios y asemejarse a Él; porque serán elevados y renovados... madurarán y se refinarán en la luz mayor... la vida más abundante.

Bienaventurados los humildes que dan crédito de todo bien al Padre .. y encontrando sus disciplinas internas y obediencias para adherirse a la ley de la existencia para así transfigurar y tomar cuentas de sus malos caminos....

Bienaventurados los responsables y obedientes .. los cooperativos y contemplativos; porque su recompensa será la redención .. que se les perdone todo engaño humillante e insatisfacción temporal derivada de la excesiva implicación en el mundo.

Bienaventurados los fieles y los confiados; porque no han traicionado su confianza con el Padre, y entrarán al Reino de Su Soberanía y participarán de la realización de Su Supremacía.

Alegraos y regocijaos, porque grande es vuestra recompensa en el cielo de los cielos a medida que ascendéis progresivamente hacia el interior, porque así persiguieron a los profetas que os precedieron.

Vosotros sois la sal de la tierra; pero si la sal se desvaneciere, ¿con qué será salada? ya no sirve para nada, sino para ser echada fuera y pisoteada por los hombres.

Vosotros sois la luz del mundo. Una ciudad asentada sobre un monte no se puede esconder. Ni las mujeres ni los hombres encienden una vela y la ponen debajo de un celemín, sino sobre el candelero, y alumbra a todos los que están en la casa.

De cierto os exhorto... a que hagáis brillar vuestra luz delante de todas las criaturas, grandes y pequeñas, para que vean vuestras buenas obras y glorifiquen a vuestro Padre que está en los cielos.

No penséis que he venido otra vez a destruir la Ley o los Profetas: No he venido para destruir, sino para cumplir.

Porque de cierto os digo que hasta que pasen el cielo y la tierra, ni un punto ni una coma pasará desde la ley, hasta que todo se haya cumplido.

Cualquiera, pues, que quebrante uno de estos mandamientos muy pequeños, y así lo enseñe a los hombres, muy pequeño será llamado al reino de los cielos; mas cualquiera que los cumpla y los enseñe, éste será llamado grande en el reino de los cielos.

Porque os digo que si vuestra rectitud no fuere mayor que la de los pastores y ministros de las religiones evolucionarias, en ningún caso entraréis al reino de los cielos.

Habéis oído que fue dicho por los de antaño: No matarás; y quienquiera que mate estará en peligro de ser juzgado; pero yo os digo que quienquiera que se enoje con su hermano sin causa estará en peligro de ser juzgado; y quienquiera que juzgue a su hermano y hermana estará en peligro de incumplir su propia existencia en el Amor del Padre.

Por lo tanto, si traéis vuestro don de consciencia, atención y apreciación hacia el altar de la eternidad con la Vida Ajustadora del Paraíso, estaréis honrando a Dios nuestro Padre... reconociendo su autoridad de absoluta e inquebrantable bondad... y ampliando así su gracia para que encontréis vuestra Libertad Eterna.

The Greater Beatitudes of the 21st Century

Blessed are the poor in Spirit … in their thirst for happiness and harmony .. they shall crave and hunger for emancipation .. for liberation .. and for redemption.

Blessed are those who have failed in the world .. for the Spirit of the Father has closed their outer doors only to open wide the inner doorways of His Kingdom of Consciousness.

Blessed are the meek and surrendered in knowing that they, of themselves in their humanity, can do nothing .. for theirs is the Kingdom of all Glory upon their sacrifice and selflessness.

Blessed are the true children of the One Father Son Spirit .. for they know their own place in the Universes .. and through their right relationship to God, they shall become renewed .. regenerated .. refreshed .. and redeemed unto the Seamless Garment of Illumination.

Blessed are those who believe without seeing .. for their faith shall blossom into His Divine Insight, and their character shall become grown to maturity and wisdom in the eternal verities .. the be attitudes of godly virtues.

Blessed are those who have answered the call for freedom and mastery over the worldly frequencies… for they shall permanently rid themselves of all vain glories and the plague of vibrational separation.

Blessed are those who hunger to find God and become alike unto Him; for they shall be raised and renewed … they will become matured and refined into the greater light .. the life more abundant.

Blessed are the humbled ones who give credit for all good to the Father .. and finding their inner disciplines and obediences to adhere to the law of existence to so transfigure and take accounting for their evil ways…

Blessed are the accountable and obedient .. the cooperative and contemplative; for their reward shall be redemption .. that they are forgiven for all humiliating deceit and temporal dissatisfaction stemming from overinvolvement in the world.

Blessed are the faithful and the trusting; for they have not betrayed their trust with the Father, and they will enter the Kingdom of His Sovereignty and partake of the realization of His Supremacy.

Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in the heaven of heavens as you progressively ascend inwards: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

Ye are the salt of the earth; but if the salt have lost his savor, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do women and men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

Verily do I encourage thee .. to let your light so shine before all creatures great and small, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Think not that I am come once again to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill.

For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the pastors and ministers of the evolutionary religions, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: but I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall judge his brother and sister shall be in danger of defaulting upon their own existence in the Father's Love.

Therefore if thou bring thy gift of awareness and attention and appreciation unto the altar of eternity with the Adjuster Life of Paradise, so shall you be honoring God our Father .. acknowledging his authority of absoluteness and unwavering goodness .. and so amplifying his grace that ye shall findeth your Everlasting Freedom.

As ye advance thyselves by choices and motivations of righteousness and dignity, so shall you birth the possession of a new courage and an  augmented spiritual power to restore thine personhood in alignment with truth. 

The gospel of the kingdom when lived as the ideal of deliverance is to set humankind free and inspire all believing individuals to dare to hope for eternal life through their candidacy for Universe Citizenship.

The kingdom of heaven shall begin with, and be centered in, the dual concept of the truth of the parenthood of God and the correlated fact of the fellowhood of humankind. 

The acceptance of mine gospel proclamations is thine declaration of liberty for thine existence. It shall establish liberty for every individual who aspires to doeth the will of Paradise.

Humanity shall gradually becometh elevated from primitive impulses and the primate influence of their origins .. from the age-long bondage of animal fear and rebellious-laden doubts and suspicions.

The ascent unto Adjuster union shall  enrich human living with the endowments of the new life of spiritual liberty through grace and the unimaginable generosity of the One Parenthood Creator of all.

But man does not passively, slavishly, surrender his will to the Adjuster. Rather does he actively, positively, and co-operatively choose to follow the Adjuster’s leading when and as such leading consciously differs from the desires and impulses of the natural mortal mind. 

The Adjusters manipulate but never dominate man’s mind against his will; to the Adjusters the human will is supreme. And they so regard and respect it while they strive to achieve the spiritual goals of thought adjustment and character transformation in the almost limitless arena of the evolving human intellect.

111:1.9 (1217.4) Mind is your ship, the Adjuster is your pilot, the human will is captain. The master of the mortal vessel should have the wisdom to trust the divine pilot to guide the ascending soul into the morontia harbors of eternal survival. 

Only by selfishness, slothfulness, and sinfulness can the will of man reject the guidance of such a loving pilot and eventually wreck the mortal career upon the evil shoals of rejected mercy and upon the rocks of embraced sin. 

With your consent, this faithful pilot will safely carry you across the barriers of time and the handicaps of space to the very source of the divine mind and on beyond, even to the Paradise Father of Adjusters.

Eternal Son of Paradise

The Eternal Son is the spiritual personalization of the Paradise Father’s universal and infinite concept of divine reality, unqualified spirit, and absolute personality. 

And thereby does the Son constitute the divine revelation of the creator identity of the Universal Father. The perfect personality of the Son discloses that the Father is actually the eternal and universal source of all the meanings and values of the spiritual, the volitional, the purposeful, and the personal.

In an effort to enable the finite mind of time to form some sequential concept of the relationships of the eternal and infinite beings of the Paradise Trinity, we utilize such license of conception as to refer to the “Father’s first personal, universal, and infinite concept.” 

It is impossible for me to convey to the human mind any adequate idea of the eternal relations of the Deities; therefore do I employ such terms as will afford the finite mind something of an idea of the relationship of these eternal beings in the subsequent eras of time. 

We believe the Son sprang from the Father; we are taught that both are unqualifiedly eternal. It is apparent, therefore, that no time creature can ever fully comprehend this mystery of a Son who is derived from the Father, and yet who is co-ordinately eternal with the Father himself.

Al principio creéis que sois hijos e hijas de Dios porque mis enseñanzas os han hecho más conscientes de las directrices internas de la presencia residente de nuestro Padre; pero actualmente el Espíritu de la Verdad será derramado sobre toda la carne, y vivirá entre todas las mujeres y hombres y enseñará a todos, así como yo ahora vivo entre vosotros y os hablo las palabras de la verdad. 

Y este Espíritu de la Verdad, hablando por las dotes espirituales de vuestras almas, os ayudará a saber que sois hijos e hijas de Dios. Atestiguará indefectiblemente con la presencia residente del Padre, vuestro espíritu, que habita entonces en toda la humanidad como ahora habita en algunos, diciéndoos que sois en realidad hijas e hijos de Dios.

Los Hijos Creadores de la Orden de Michael están dotados de un espíritu de presencia universal en muchos aspectos análogo al de los Siete Espíritus Rectores del Paraíso. Éste es el Espíritu de la Verdad que es derramado sobre un mundo por un Hijo autootorgador después de recibir el título espiritual de dicha esfera. Este Consolador otorgado es la fuerza espiritual que atrae siempre a todos los buscadores de la verdad hacia Aquel que es la personificación de la verdad en el universo local. 

Este espíritu es una dotación inherente del Hijo Creador, que emerge de su naturaleza divina, así como los circuitos maestros del gran universo se derivan de las presencias de la personalidad de las Deidades del Paraíso.

Aunque el Espíritu de la Verdad se derrama sobre toda la carne, este espíritu del Hijo está casi totalmente limitado en su función y poder por la recepción personal del hombre de lo que constituye la suma y sustancia de la misión del Hijo autootorgador. 

El Espíritu Santo es en parte independiente de la actitud humana y en parte condicionado por las decisiones y la cooperación de la voluntad del hombre. 

Sin embargo, el ministerio del Espíritu Santo se hace cada vez más eficaz en la santificación y espiritualización de la vida interior de aquellos mortales que más plenamente obedecen las indicaciones divinas.

Por el viejo camino buscáis suprimir, obedecer y conformarte a las reglas de la vida; por el nuevo camino sois primero transformados por el Espíritu de la Verdad y, por lo tanto, fortalecidos en vuestra alma interior por la constante renovación espiritual de vuestra mente, y así sois dotados con el poder de la ejecución segura y gozosa de la graciosa, aceptable y perfecta voluntad de Dios. 

No olvidéis que es vuestra fe personal en las grandísimas y preciosas promesas de Dios lo que os asegura ser partícipe de la naturaleza divina. Así, por vuestra fe y la transformación del espíritu, os convertís en realidad en templos de Dios, y su espíritu habita realmente en vosotros. Si, pues, el espíritu habita en vosotros, ya no sois esclavos de la carne, sino hijos libres y liberados del espíritu. 

La nueva ley del espíritu os dota de la libertad del autodominio en lugar de la vieja ley del miedo a la autocondena y la esclavitud de la autonegación.

La guía segura del Espíritu de la Verdad...

Habiendo comenzado el camino de la vida eterna, habiendo aceptado la asignación y recibido vuestras órdenes de avanzar, no temáis los peligros del olvido humano y la inconstancia mortal, no os preocupéis por las dudas del fracaso o por la confusión desconcertante, no vaciléis ni cuestionéis vuestro estado y posición, porque en cada hora oscura, en cada encrucijada en la lucha hacia adelante, el Espíritu de la Verdad siempre hablará, diciendo: 'Este es el camino'.

3. The Life of the Gifted Progressive Ascendancy of Evolutionary Mind Attainment of the Vestments, Personality Achievement of Character, Soul Advancement, and Multidimensional Personhood Ascendancy. 

My 1st century and this 21st century bestowal ministry of teaching and healing fulfills the edict from the Trinitarian Majesty. It restores the spiritual status of the spheres of the planet.

It rehabilitates that which misguided creature will has placed in spiritual jeopardy.

And when my spirit comes by your reception invitation to me to indwell you, he will illuminate the difference between sin and righteousness and will enable you to judge wisely in your hearts concerning them.

Practice, practice, practice and you shall discover joyful empowerment and freedom. And that is merely the beginning of your ascent into fuller Light…

Hence I say .. hold thine focused attention and concentration upon the Christos above and within you. The Christos is this Higher Mind Selfhood, Multidimensional and of a Luminosity beyond words to describe.

Your attention and awareness .. the application of the ten attitudes of mindfulness attention in amplifying the authority of the One God .. creates a Living Bridge that allows the Presence I AM along with the Planetary Administration Host to pour out Our Divine Radiation to you .. to heal permanently any disharmonious vibrations forever...

At first you believe that you are sons and daughters of God because my teaching has made you more conscious of the inner leadings of our Father’s indwelling presence; but presently the Spirit of Truth shall be poured out upon all flesh, and it will live among all women and men and teach all, even as I now live among you and speak to you the words of truth. 

And this Spirit of Truth, speaking for the spiritual endowments of your souls, will help you to know that you are the sons and daughters of God. It will unfailingly bear witness with the Father’s indwelling presence, your spirit, then dwelling in all humankind as it now dwells in some, telling you that you are in reality the daughters and sons of God.

The Creator Sons of the Order of Michael are endowed with a spirit of universe presence in many ways analogous to that of the Seven Master Spirits of Paradise. This is the Spirit of Truth which is poured out upon a world by a bestowal Son after he receives spiritual title to such a sphere. This bestowed Comforter is the spiritual force which ever draws all truth seekers towards Him who is the personification of truth in the local universe. 

This spirit is an inherent endowment of the Creator Son, emerging from his divine nature just as the master circuits of the grand universe are derived from the personality presences of the Paradise Deities.

Though the Spirit of Truth is poured out upon all flesh, this spirit of the Son is almost wholly limited in function and power by man’s personal reception of that which constitutes the sum and substance of the mission of the bestowal Son. 

The Holy Spirit is partly independent of human attitude and partially conditioned by the decisions and co-operation of the will of man. 

Nevertheless, the ministry of the Holy Spirit becomes increasingly effective in the sanctification and spiritualization of the inner life of those mortals who the more fully obey the divine leadings.

By the old way you seek to suppress, obey, and conform to the rules of living; by the new way you are first transformed by the Spirit of Truth and thereby strengthened in your inner soul by the constant spiritual renewing of your mind, and so are you endowed with the power of the certain and joyous performance of the gracious, acceptable, and perfect will of God. 

Forget not—it is your personal faith in the exceedingly great and precious promises of God that ensures your becoming partakers of the divine nature. Thus by your faith and the spirit’s transformation, you become in reality the temples of God, and his spirit actually dwells within you. If, then, the spirit dwells within you, you are no longer bondslaves of the flesh but free and liberated sons of the spirit. 

The new law of the spirit endows you with the liberty of self-mastery in place of the old law of the fear of self-bondage and the slavery of self-denial.

Sure guidance of the Spirit of Truth...

Having started out on the way of life everlasting, having accepted the assignment and received your orders to advance, do not fear the dangers of human forgetfulness and mortal inconstancy, do not be troubled with doubts of failure or by perplexing confusion, do not falter and question your status and standing, for in every dark hour, at every crossroad in the forward struggle, the Spirit of Truth will always speak, saying, ‘This is the way.’

There is an infinite grandeur and an inexpressible generosity connected with the majesty of his love which causes him to yearn for the association of every created being who can comprehend, love, or approach him; and it is, therefore, the limitations inherent in you, inseparable from your finite personality and material existence, that determine the time and place and circumstances in which you may achieve the goal of the journey of mortal ascension and stand in the presence of the Father at the center of all things.

Although the approach to the Paradise presence of the Father must await your attainment of the highest finite levels of spirit progression, you should rejoice in the recognition of the ever-present possibility of immediate communion with the bestowal spirit of the Father so intimately associated with your inner soul and your spiritualizing self.

5:1.4 (63.2) The mortals of the realms of time and space may differ greatly in innate abilities and intellectual endowment, they may enjoy environments exceptionally favorable to social advancement and moral progress, or they may suffer from the lack of almost every human aid to culture and supposed advancement in the arts of civilization; but the possibilities for spiritual progress in the ascension career are equal to all; increasing levels of spiritual insight and cosmic meanings are attained quite independently of all such sociomoral differentials of the diversified material environments on the evolutionary worlds.

The Supreme Goal of all Life

The enlightened worlds all recognize and worship the Universal Father, the eternal maker and infinite upholder of all creation. The will creatures of universe upon universe have embarked upon the long, long Paradise journey, the fascinating struggle of the eternal adventure of attaining God the Father. 

The transcendent goal of the children of time is to find the eternal God, to comprehend the divine nature, to recognize the Universal Father. God-knowing creatures have only one supreme ambition, just one consuming desire, and that is to become, as they are in their spheres, like him as he is in his Paradise perfection of personality and in his universal sphere of righteous supremacy. 

From the Universal Father who inhabits eternity there has gone forth the supreme mandate, “Be you perfect, even as I am perfect.” In love and mercy the messengers of Paradise have carried this divine exhortation down through the ages and out through the universes, even to such lowly animal-origin creatures as the human races of Urantia.

This magnificent and universal injunction to strive for the attainment of the perfection of divinity is the first duty, and should be the highest ambition, of all the struggling creature creation of the God of perfection. 

This possibility of the attainment of divine perfection is the final and certain destiny of all man’s eternal spiritual progress.

Urantia mortals can hardly hope to be perfect in the infinite sense, but it is entirely possible for human beings, starting out as they do on this planet, to attain the supernal and divine goal which the infinite God has set for mortal man; and when they do achieve this destiny, they will, in all that pertains to self-realization and mind attainment, be just as replete in their sphere of divine perfection as God himself is in his sphere of infinity and eternity. 

Such perfection may not be universal in the material sense, unlimited in intellectual grasp, or final in spiritual experience, but it is final and complete in all finite aspects of divinity of will, perfection of personality motivation, and God-consciousness.

1:0.6 (22.3) This is the true meaning of that divine command, “Be you perfect, even as I am perfect,” which ever urges mortal man onward and beckons him inward in that long and fascinating struggle for the attainment of higher and higher levels of spiritual values and true universe meanings. 

This sublime search for the God of universes is the supreme adventure of the inhabitants of all the worlds of time and space.
